Seize Opportunities

I think that at certain points in our lives we sometimes come across opportunities to be “bigger than our bodies.” Once in a while an opportunity or an inward urge entices or rallies us to take a step where we have never been before and to do something revolutionary; something life-changing and groundbreaking. Something amazing. Whether it be in spiritual, relational, or other personal matters, sometimes there’s an opportunity or impulse to go where we haven’t gone before. Then there’s this battle inside: Do I reach for the extraordinary, accepting the risks and costs, or do I passively settle for the safe mundane and lackluster?
