Is there no left wing in US politics?

Hmm. Health care in the U.S. is the best in the world. The U.S. is a world superpower. The U.S. has the most prosperous economy. Wonder why? Low taxes. The closest to free market capitalism. Conservative values. Open-mindedness such that honest religious beliefs are respected, not ridiculed, even if you disagree.
